I found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of their furniture is head and shoulders above other stores - we’re finally replacing a sofa we bought there 17 years ago. Furthermore, the deal we got was amazing.  Where else can you get hand-made-in-Italy quality nowadays?
